The app also gives me the opportunity to assign random tasks to her throughout the day at any time. Once a week I set up her workout schedule for the up coming week, assign them to her and each day as she does her workouts she marks them complete. The simplicity of the app is fair, it does have a decent FAQ although I had to do a search to find it. The widget allows you to turn an email into a task and add it to Any.do. The app is multiple platform so it can be run on Android or iPhone, plus it has a Google Chrome widget.
